Danae Brooker is a marketing executive with expertise in brand development, direct-to-consumer, and e-commerce. With 20+ years of marketing leadership experience across the consumer products, and health and fitness industries, Danae brings strategic insights and a diverse perspective to Wholistic Research and Education Foundation. Danae began her marketing career at Kraft Foods’ Beverage Division and has been classically trained as a CPG Brand Manager at Gillette. She has also held senior leadership roles in global branding at Gemological Institute of America and ACTIVE Network. Most recently, Danae headed up marketing and e-commerce for FTD’s gourmet food business. As the Foundation’s CMO, Danae oversees all marketing activities, including collaborating with academia, cannabis experts and the community to better understand and communicate research and education needs and establishing joint marketing programs with industry leaders. Danae holds a BS from the University of Connecticut’s School of Business and an MBA from Duke University.
