Zoe Selzer McKinley

Executive Director

Zoe McKinley is an entrepreneurial leader with an extensive background in non-profit management and medical cannabis. Prior to joining Wholistic, Zoe developed and ran the Entrepreneurship and Social Impact Initiative (ESII) at the Lambert Center for the Study of Medicinal Cannabis and Hemp at Thomas Jefferson University. ESII worked to advance entrepreneurial “best practices” and elevate understanding of social impacts — with a focus on education, sustainability, and inclusion — within the medical cannabis and hemp industries. Zoe also launched the University’s Blackstone LaunchPad Entrepreneurship Center, which served as a hub for students, alumni, faculty, and staff to gain tools to help launch their entrepreneurial endeavors. Before her work at Jefferson (formerly Philadelphia University), Zoe was the founding Executive Director for GoodCompany Group, a social impact incubator, and accelerator non-profit in Philadelphia. Zoe holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and lives in Ventura, California with her husband Ethan and bulldog Blue.
